Excellent local gym convenient for me. Good hours gets a lil packed in the 4pm to 7pm range but it's still manageable at these times. I prefer early morning night or noon range like 1 to 2.
Love the classes and the trainers, super clean. Never feel like it's crowded but it is a smaller gym. Used the daycare once and was okay.

Small hometown gym. Usually not terribly busy. Water from the fountain tastes horrible so make sure you bring your own. The weekend hours are pretty bad. They close at 3p on Saturday and 1p on Sunday. Staff have always been very nice/friendly.
Nice place. Good hours. Wish it had a steam or dry hear sauna.
