I am extremely happy with the quality of the work done for us by Cathy and her team at Catherine's Draperies & Upholstery. The project started as an update/ refresh of our boat interior spaces and eventually widened to include a number of other items (outdoor table cover, grill cover, windshield screen, etc.) and the occasional repair. All the work was beautifully done, with outstanding care and attention to detail. I will certainly be returning to her as we do more work in the future.
I called several times about the v-berth and was told the owner would call me but never did. I finally received it in late May. Needless to say I will not be recommending her services!

I left my boat seats, bolsters and v-berth cushion to be recovered in February and was promised they would be complete in 3 weeks. Finally after 5 weeks I was told they were ready. I got them home and unwrapped everything only to find that the hinges and pull straps were installed on the wrong side of each seat, the v-berth was 2" short and one bolster was 1" short. Lynn, the employee that I returned them to was very nice and said they would be fixed as soon as possible, but when I spoke to the owner on the phone I found her very unprofessional and borderline rude! She basically said it is boating season and she is very busy so she would fix HER mistakes when she gets to it. The seats took another week and a half and are satisfactory other than the stitching runs of in a couple places,( not sure if it will last).
I should have known what kind of business this was when I was given the price and was told they could not honor the Value Pack coupon I had because the "discount" was already included.
Your workmanship is excellent and I really appreciate that you will pick up and deliver my furniture. All your employees are helpful and don't get frustrated with my questions and requests! I also like the fact that I don't have to wait for 6 months to get a project done–your service is very timely. I also appreciate
